IS 17802 Explained: India's ICT Accessibility Standard and How to Test for It
IS 17802 is India's two-part standard for accessible ICT products and services. This explainer covers what Part 1 and Part 2 contain, how the standard maps to EN 301…
Vervali tests property platforms end to end: listing and search accuracy, map and location integrations, lead capture and CRM handoff, document and e-signature flows, payment and rent collection, tenant and owner portals, and behaviour under listing-refresh load. Delivered from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab under CMMI Maturity Level 3 process.

Property platforms break at listings, maps, leads, documents, rent and portals, not on a generic home page.
A search that returns a sold unit, or a filter that ignores the price band, is not cosmetic. We test the feed, the cache and the listing that changed while the buyer was still on the page.
Geocoding, boundary and radius search, and what happens when the mapping provider is slow. We test the slow vendor and the partial geocode, not one demo pin.
A thank-you page with no lead in the CRM is the case that loses revenue. We test the form, duplicates, routing and the record the agent opens.
Offer, lease and disclosure, and the signed file that has to match what the signer saw. We test dropped pages, expired links and the mobile signer.
Deposit, rent, split payment, retry and the reverse path. A tenant who paid while the ledger disagrees is the case. PCI DSS scope is the card data you touch.
Login, roles, maintenance tickets, statements and the document an owner needs. Functional method is on application testing.
Find the failures in your listing, lead and rent flows first.
Free Listing TestProperty platforms break at their edges rather than in their code, so each third party is tested when it is slow, partial or unexpected.
MLS and portal feeds that arrive late, duplicate or drop a field. We test the refresh, the conflict and the listing that sold while a buyer had it open.
Geocoding that is slow, a boundary that is wrong, and identity or credit checks that never return. Partial payloads are the usual miss.
A signed packet that does not match the screen, and a rent capture the ledger never sees. Method is on API testing services.
After NDA we name those systems in the design. If we have not tested a host before, we say so before we quote.
The shape that breaks a property platform first is usually the feed refresh, not visitor traffic.
Bulk updates against search, maps and cache. Search that stays up while inventory is wrong is a failed portal. We model it from your own last refresh.
Concentrated enquiry, waitlists and lead handoff, with the CRM and the form agreeing while the listing is still being edited.
Visitor traffic on search and listing detail. Useful, and rarely the first break. We still load enquiry or checkout if that is how you take money.
Method is on performance testing.
Model the load from your own feed refresh, not a round number.
Talk to a QA LeadProperty platforms hold identity documents, income evidence and bank details, which makes them a higher-value target than owners usually assume.
Access control between tenant, owner and agent, and document storage. Control-by-control method is on compliance testing.
The card data you touch and what is tokenised. We test those controls and do not issue a PCI certificate.
Application and API attack testing runs on agreed in-scope assets. See security testing.
Vervali tests client controls and evidence for SOC 2 readiness and does not hold or issue that certification. We do not issue a PCI or GDPR certificate, and we do not claim certified security staff.
A desktop listing that works does not prove the app, and a portal that helps people find housing carries a real accessibility duty.
Saved searches, push for a price drop, deep links from email and maps on a phone. The device matrix is on mobile application testing.
Keyboard, labels and a screen reader on search, listing detail, enquiry and the tenant portal. Audits and VPAT support are on accessibility testing. We do not issue an ADA certificate.
A consumer self-service portal, sector as recorded. It shows Vervali has rebuilt and tested a portal at that scale.

Before: support was carrying questions the product should have answered, so queues grew with every release. Vervali rebuilt and tested the journeys people actually used: login, status, documents and the request that used to land on a phone. After: 80% fewer support calls.

Share the Platform
Tell us the products in play (listing, CRM, payments, maps, portals), the paths that take an enquiry or rent, and staging access under NDA.
Get the Coverage Model
A first assessment is quoted after that look: the coverage model, the integration surface and the load shapes that apply, feed refresh, launch or campaign.
Start With One Listing Flow
A free test of one listing flow is the fastest first look. If you already know the platform, a QA lead scopes the full engagement.
Keep It Current, Build What's Next
We keep the pack current as feeds, vendors and releases change. Development comes second: the same team can build the app or portal through our custom software development.
