What We Test in EV and Automotive Software
Charging, telematics, in-vehicle and fleet software, tested for connectivity, safety and interoperability on real devices.
Charging Software
Session start, payment at the charger, and the charger that goes offline mid-session. The payment has to match the kWh that actually flowed.
Telematics
The feed that has to match the vehicle, late packets, and a dashboard still showing last week's location. We test the drop and the replay.
In-Vehicle Applications
Infotainment, remote status and the control that must not fire twice. A web pass does not prove the head unit.
Fleet Software
Routing, live location and the workshop ticket that has to land. Fleet product work is on fleet management systems.
Connectivity and Interoperability
Vehicle, charger, cloud and the phone, on real hardware, not a lab Wi-Fi pass. Protocol work is on IoT testing.

PCI is in scope when payment at the charger moves card data. We test those controls and do not issue a PCI certificate.
Controls Tested, Not Certified
We do not issue a PCI, NHTSA or SAE certificate. Vervali tests client controls and evidence for SOC 2 readiness and does not hold or issue that certification. ISO/IEC 27001 is held by Vervali, and we do not claim certified security staff.

Generic load testing misses vehicle platforms because the load is not uniform. The profile is modelled from your own volume.
Charger Peak
Evening and weekend demand on session, payment and status. Login that stays up while settlement dies is a failed network.
Telematics Burst
After an over-the-air update or a campaign, every vehicle talks at once. We test that mix, not a second home-page spike.
Shift Start
Fleet location, dispatch and the workshop ticket, concentrated. Dispatch that disagrees with the vehicle is a failed morning.

Yes. The same company can build the charger portal, the telematics back end and the driver app. Testing comes first because most enquiries start there. The wider build is on custom software development, and we do not bill both for the same week unless you ask for both.
